Don't you just hate them.
Here are a few tips I picked up to help get the better of them.
What causes them for you?
Find the answer and get to the root of it.
Anxiety, loneliness and stress are all emotional triggers that can set off cravings. Try to identify your triggers.
Change the subject!
Distract yourself.
Next time you feel a craving coming on, immerse yourself in an activity. Anything that keeps you busy - a quick workout, running to the supermarket or tending the garden, anything to divert attention from food.
Eat every 4 to 5 hours.
Eating several small meals a day will help to regulate your blood sugar levels so you stay more energetic and alert. Plus, you won't get too hungry and, as a result, will be less likely to have cravings. _________________ GolfingGreats.info

| That sounds like good advice. I particularly like the bit about eating more often! |

If you know that most of your cravings occur in the afternoon, have less lunch, then eat one small portion of what you crave when the feeling hits you. Because you're indulging yourself, you're likely to feel satisfied. And if necessary, change your routine during the time you tend to get cravings. For example, if late afternoon is your 'danger zone', make a date with a friend or go for a workout _________________ mixed-drinks.info |

Even if you do get peckish, a carrot or a pea-pod won't do you any harm, will they? _________________ mixed-drinks.info |

Gardening is good all round exercise. It helps stamina, joints, muscles and cardio vascular if you do some energetic digging. Plus you're out in the fresh air, it's free and at the end of it you've got a lovely garden. Win, win, win. _________________ Plastic surgeons throughout USA |
